At Oorvia, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in delivering products of high quality and reliability, but we also understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. That’s why we offer a clear, simple, and worry-free 7-day return and refund policy designed to give you peace of mind with every order.

If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, you may do so within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging, tags, and accessories. Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a doorstep pickup completely free of charge. You will not be required to pay any return shipping fees. Please note that, for reasons of hygiene and safety, personal care items, undergarments, and customized products cannot be returned.

Once we receive the returned item, our team will carefully inspect it to confirm that it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will initiate your refund directly to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days. For customers who paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are provided via UPI or direct bank transfer after verification. We want to reassure you that you will always get your money back promptly and securely.

If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we also allow exchanges for items of the same or lesser value. This is particularly helpful if you receive a product in the wrong size, color, or condition. Exchange requests must also be made within the same 7-day window.

In the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. You may be asked to share photos or videos of the item, and once verified, we will immediately arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
