At Oorvia, we know that timely delivery is one of the most important parts of your shopping experience. That’s why we have partnered with Shiprocket and trusted courier partners to provide you with reliable PAN-India delivery.
Orders placed with prepaid payment methods are typically processed within 24–48 hours. Orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD) may require 24–72 hours of additional time for verification before dispatch. Once processed, your order is shipped and generally reaches you within 2–7 business days, depending on your location. Deliveries to metro cities are usually faster, while deliveries to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
We believe in transparent pricing for shipping. For orders above ₹999, shipping is absolutely free. For orders below ₹999, a small fee of ₹49 is applied. This ensures we can continue to offer safe, quick, and reliable delivery nationwide.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email, so you can monitor its progress. Customers may also contact us via WhatsApp at +91 8446444462 for real-time updates. Our support team is always happy to help if you have questions about your shipment.
In cases where the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us. We will reach out to you in such situations to discuss re-delivery, which may incur additional charges.
